DISCLOSURE NOTICE FOR VIRGINIA VETERINARY FACILITY

Lucks Lane Veterinary Clinic has business and medical staffing hours as follows: Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm. Our clinic is not continuously staffed at night, on weekends, and on certain holidays. There is no continuous medical care outside of the above hours. 

Should we determine that your pet needs 24-hour care you will be referred to one of the 24-hour facilities in the area. You are responsible for the costs associated with transferring and treatment at the emergency clinic. By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this disclosure.
